When one of Europe's leading exchanges launched a formal audit, the stakes were high — and the initial findings even higher. Appointed as the internal process lead and primary liaison to the auditor, TCAM didn't just manage the process; we challenged it. By rigorously scrutinising the exchange's own data policies and contesting the methodology behind their findings, we turned a significant preliminary claim into a near-non-issue — securing a 95% reduction in the amount originally demanded.
Rolling out a new Order & Execution Management infastructure at scale means getting every data dependency right — before go-live. With roughly 100 data products needed from across 50 exchanges and providers — including NYSE, CME, and LSEG — TCAM navigated the full commercial and contractual landscape to ensure seamless, compliant access from day one. We secured the right agreements, established robust reporting frameworks, and made sure licensing obligations were met without slowing down the implementation.
