French / Belgian Investment Manager
The investment management firm was in need of an experienced market data manager who could bear responsibility for a EUR 20 mln. data budget. TCAM provided the interim candidate who managed to co-ordinate the daily business of the market data desk in parallel with a savings program. The successful program managed to realize savings worth 10% within 2 months.

As part of a cost cutting program, the group's private banking arm hired TCAM to find and implement optimisation scenarios with respect to its use of market data terminals. German Investment bank
TCAM provided specialist support for the re-design and re-building of a German Investment Bank's trading floor. The support included technology selection (market data distribution, remote desktop technology, unified communications) and furniture selection, followed by project management.

Top-tier Pension Fund
TCAM provided specialist support to the Pension Fund's Data Warehouse team to get SAS70 certification. A major condition for the certification was to have Service Level Agreements for Data delivery (SLA4D) in place with all internal and external sources delivering data to the Data Warehouse on the one hand and with internal clients on the other hand. TCAM succesfully facilitated this.

Dutch Power and Gas Supplier
Advice on re-shaping the static market data management infrastructure of an energy trading firm, i.e. a feasibility study including re-design of its processes with respect to the collection, validation, storage and internal distribution of static data.
